Terms of Purchase – DietaBest PDF Plan

These Terms of Purchase govern the sale and delivery of the DietaBest 30-day PDF plan ("the Plan") to customers worldwide. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase. By clicking the purchase button you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms.
1. Seller details
The Plan is sold by DietaBest Digital Services, ul. Prosta 32, 00-838 Warsaw, Poland
("DietaBest", "we", "us").

2. Subject of the purchase
You are purchasing a one-time, personal licence to access and use the DietaBest 30-day PDF plan — a digital educational product delivered in PDF format. This is not a subscription, recurring charge or membership. No physical goods are shipped.
3. Price and payment
The price is displayed on the sales page before you click the purchase button, inclusive of any applicable taxes where required. Payment is processed securely by Stripe, our third-party payment provider. DietaBest does not store or have access to your full payment card number; all card data is handled by Stripe under their own Privacy Policy and PCI-DSS compliance programme.
Accepted payment methods are those displayed by Stripe at checkout (typically card, PayPal and other methods available in your region). Currency is displayed before checkout. You are responsible for any currency conversion or bank fees charged by your financial institution.
4. Formation of the contract
A binding purchase contract is formed at the moment your payment is successfully confirmed by Stripe. Clicking "Get the plan" constitutes your acceptance of these Terms of Purchase, our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion — for example in cases of suspected fraud, payment errors or technical issues. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
5. Delivery of the digital product
The Plan is delivered digitally — no physical item is shipped. Delivery takes place via two simultaneous channels, both activated immediately after payment confirmation:
- On-screen download link displayed on the payment confirmation page; and
- Email with a secure download link sent to the address provided at checkout.
The secure download link is time-limited (valid for 7 days from the time of purchase). If your link has expired or you experience any difficulty accessing the Plan, contact us at support@dietabest.com and we will issue a new link at no additional cost.
Delivery is considered complete once a valid download link has been made available. We are not responsible for delays caused by spam filters, incorrect email addresses provided by the customer, or third-party email provider issues.
6. Licence
Upon successful payment you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to download, store and use the Plan for your own private, non-commercial purposes only.
The following are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from DietaBest:
- redistributing, sharing or forwarding the PDF to any third party;
- reselling, sublicensing or making the Plan commercially available in any form;
- publishing, uploading or posting the Plan or any portion of it on any website, platform or social media;
- modifying, translating, adapting or creating derivative works based on the Plan;
- removing or obscuring any copyright, branding or attribution notices within the Plan.
Violation of these licence terms may result in legal action for copyright infringement and/or breach of contract, and DietaBest reserves the right to claim damages.
7. Right of withdrawal and refunds
The Plan is a digital product delivered immediately upon payment. By completing your purchase you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that, once the Plan has been made available for download, you lose the right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply under applicable consumer protection law (including EU Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent local legislation).
Notwithstanding the above, if the Plan you received is materially defective or substantially different from what was described on the sales page, you may submit a complaint within 14 days of purchase. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and must include:
- the email address used at checkout;
- the approximate date and time of purchase;
- a clear description of the issue.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to Stripe processing times. We do not issue refunds simply because a customer has changed their mind or has not yet opened the Plan.
8. Complaints and technical support
For any technical issues (e.g. download link not working, corrupted file, email not received) or billing enquiries, contact us at support@dietabest.com within a reasonable time of purchase. Please include your purchase email address and the date of the transaction to help us resolve your issue quickly. We aim to respond to all support requests within 2 business days.
9. Intellectual property
All content within the Plan — including text, structure, design, graphics and methodology — is the exclusive intellectual property of DietaBest Digital Services and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you beyond the limited personal licence described in Section 6.
10. Health disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Plan is an educational resource only. It does not constitute medical, dietary, psychological or clinical advice and must not be treated as a substitute for professional consultation. Before making any significant changes to your diet or exercise habits, particularly if you have chronic conditions, take prescription medication, are pregnant, are breastfeeding or have any other health concerns, consult a qualified doctor or registered dietitian.
DietaBest does not guarantee any specific health, fitness or body-composition outcomes from following the Plan. Individual results vary and depend on factors entirely outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DietaBest's total liability in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Plan. DietaBest is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue or personal injury arising from use of the Plan.
11. Force majeure
DietaBest is not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to server outages, Stripe service interruptions, cyberattacks, natural disasters, government actions or any other event of force majeure. In such cases we will make every reasonable effort to deliver the Plan or issue a refund as soon as practicable.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland (as the jurisdiction of DietaBest Digital Services), without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
In the event of a dispute, we strongly encourage you to contact us first at support@dietabest.com so we can attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to the competent courts of Poland or, where applicable, to alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms available in your jurisdiction.
If you are an EU consumer, you may also make use of the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time your purchase is confirmed governs that transaction. We will publish the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after any change does not constitute acceptance of new terms for previously completed purchases.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Any invalid or unenforceable provision shall be interpreted as closely as possible to the original intent.
